Juris Kins has been a litigator for over 30 years, both in federal and state courts. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex antitrust litigation brought under federal and state antitrust statutes involving regulated and unregulated industries. He also has experience in a wide range of commercial litigation and arbitration, including breach of contract, fraud, securities fraud, labor law, patent infringement, RICO and unfair competition claims.
