
Christine Polk Mohr joined Davis McGrath LLC in June 2006 and has worked on a wide array of legal matters for corporate and individual clients.
Christine concentrates her practice on business transactions and commercial litigation. In the corporate sphere, she provides guidance on business formation, obtaining not-for-profit status, obtaining minority business enterprise certification, shareholder disputes, business dissolutions and general transactional matters. In the litigation arena, Christine typically represents commercial landlords and commercial suppliers.
Prior to entering private practice, Christine served as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Rodolfo Garcia in the Illinois Appellate Court, First District. Before working for Justice Garcia, Christine was a staff attorney with the Illinois Appellate Court, Fourth District.

- Represented former employees of former Fortune 500 Company in dispute with bankruptcy trustee over employee stock incentive plan and related fraudulent conveyance action.

- Represented management agency of shopping mall in joint action for possession of premises and unpaid rent against commercial tenant.
- Represented distributor of food items and kitchen/restaurant equipment in action to collect unpaid invoices against purchaser.
- Conducts supplementary proceedings to collect on judgments.
